The Sylvan Heights Biodynamic and Vedic farm is located in village Batamandi, on the Yamuna Nagar, Paonta highway; 2.5 Kms off the national Highway NH-72, from the Bata bridge crossing just 4km short of Paonta Sahib.the farm is 260 Kms, (five hours) from Delhi and 50 kms from Dehradun(Capital of State of Uttaranchal) which has an airport at Doiwala(Bhanniyawala). The farm is located, 54 Km from Yamunanagar (one hours drive by road) and 120 Km from Chandigarh.

The farm is in the Doon valley, amidst the Shivalik ranges and dense Sal forests, along the Yamuna river.A panoramic view of the valley and the historic Paonta Sahib, gurdwara can be had from a ridge of the farm.

The farm is in an area of 25 acres of which 10 acres is a mango orchard having the choicest variety of Langras, dassehris, Chausa and Ram Kelas. Cultivation of paddy, wheat, adzuki beans, soya beans, pulses and fodder for the farm animals is done in the other 15 acres. Tulsi varieties are also grown in the sunny parts of the orchard. Cultivation of turmeric and ginger is done in suitable portions of the orchard
